Early Voting / Absentee

Election Day is Tuesday, November 4, 2025

Polls will be open from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm To find out where you vote, use the polling place finder on the Secretary of State Website.

Vote Early In Person: Hours and Location

In Minnesota, voters can now cast their ballots before Election Day. Early voting will start on Friday, September 19, 2025, and will continue until Monday, November 3, 2025. Residents of the New Prague Area School District can vote in person at the NPAS District Office, located at 410 Central Avenue North in New Prague. Please enter through Door #1 on the south side of the building. Voting hours are from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, with extended hours available as indicated below.

Vote Early by Mail: Instructions

Step 1: Complete an absentee ballot application or call 952-758-1700 to request one.

Step 2: Return your ballot application via email to [email protected] or by mail to:

Step 3: Once your application has been completed and returned, you will be mailed an absentee ballot. Read the instructions that come with your ballot carefully.

Step 4: You will need a witness when you vote and complete your ballot. The witness can be either a U.S. Citizen (at least 18 years old) or a notary.

Step 5: Mail the ballot back to the address listed below as soon as you can. Your ballot will not count if it is received after Election Day (Tuesday, November 4).
