How can I check my voicemail messages when off campus?
Using a cell or landline phone:
- Call your school phone number.
- When you start hearing your voicemail message, press the star (*) key.
- When prompted, enter your passcode. (typically 4-digits, but may be more)
- Follow the prompts to play / save / delete messages.
Using a computer and the Mitel: MiCollab website:
- Go to the Staff Resources page, click the Mitel: MiCollab Client.
- Log in... on the left menu, click the Voicemail option.
- Click a voicemail message with an option to Play or Delete the message.
Can I use my laptop as my school phone?
Yes, the “SoftPhone” option allows your laptop to function as your school desk phone from any remote location.
