FastBridge Assessments
Students will complete screening tests provided by FastBridge Learning throughout the school year. Our staff administers the FAST™ assessments throughout the school year to see which students are on track to meet the end-of-year learning goals.

* The CBM reading assessment is where a teacher listens to students read aloud from a grade-level passage for 1 minute while recording student errors; this assessment monitors reading fluency and is a predictor of reading comprehension.
Upon conclusion of the testing window, our staff review student data to create a learning plan to help student’s grow. Students who have data points below grade level benchmarks will receive intervention support to help them meet learning goals. Students not meeting grade level benchmarks, will also have progress monitoring tests administered to them to see if their skills are improving. These tests may be given weekly to monthly, depending on the student’s learning needs.
