Curriculum
New Prague Area Schools is dedicated to high levels of student achievement. The curriculum department works to improve educational opportunities and increases the effectiveness of our programs.
The quality of New Prague curriculum and instruction is evidenced by the continuing success of students and graduates. These include traditional and performance based academic assessments as well as recognition and honors earned. In New Prague, high quality curriculum is the product of a continuous review and improvement cycle that uses student data, national and state standards, professional literature and research. New Prague uses a backwards design approach informed by the research of such experts as Grant Wiggins, Jay McTighe and Robert Marzano.
