Academic
- Students grades 1-5 that are in the meets/exceeds category of the FAST aReading will be at or above 80%.
- Students grades 1-5 that are in the meets/exceeds category of the FAST aMath will be at or above 75%.
- Kindergarten students that meet the benchmark category of FAST early Reading will be at or above 80%.
- Kindergarten students that meet the benchmark category of FAST early Math will be at or above 75%.
Social/Emotional
- 100% of students will report feeling supported and safe at school during quarterly check-ins.
School Culture
- 100% of students will demonstrate proficient knowledge of our SOAR program.
- Staff will analyze behavior data on a monthly basis to assess the progress of the program.
- 80% of staff meetings will include team building opportunities.
- Student leadership will include opportunities for 3rd and 4th grade students to participate in student council groups. SOAR squad will continue for 5th grade students.
